Refunds
Refunds for in-person events: Seating for our in-person events is limited. Fees will be refunded, less a processing fee, if written notification to education@thegriefcenter.org is received two weeks prior to the event. We will provide a transfer credit to another one of our trainings up to 24 hours prior to an event if a written request is received via the above email address.
Refunds for webinars: Refunds for webinars must be requested via email to education@thegriefcenter.org. Fees will be refunded, less a processing fee, if the refund request is received before the start of the webinar, or if the attendee experienced technical difficulties which prevented participation in the webinar for the entirety of the event. No certificate of participation will be issued for complete or partial CEU credit.
